Schlam Cru is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicky Firth to the Company’s Board of Directors. Nicky will serve as an independent, non-executive Director.
Headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, Schlam Cru provides specialised technical repair and maintenance services for heavy mining equipment to top-tier mining companies. Schlam Cru employs over four hundred Technical Specialists experienced in the mechanical servicing of mining machinery.
Nicky Firth is the current Chair of the Australian Mining & Automotive Skills Alliance, one of ten Jobs and Skills Councils funded by the Australian Federal Government. Nicky is also a director of Human Aspect, a company that predominantly provides organisational leadership and cultural development consultancy services in the resources sector.
Throughout Nicky’s distinguished career, she has held senior global executive leadership positions within Rio Tinto, spanning various commodity groups and geographic regions. Her roles have included significant business-focused positions such as HR Vice President, as well as strategic group roles such as Global Head of Talent and Employee Relations.
