At the age of 25, his son Ryan Schlam took the helm of the family business, taking ownership from his parents and steering it towards growth and success. Under his leadership, the company expanded from a team of 5 to 50 employees, marking a pivotal moment when they secured their first official contract with Newmont in 2009.
Only 15 years later, welcoming the 500th employee is not just about reaching a numerical target, but it symbolises the countless personal journeys and transformations of individuals who have found a home within our Schlam family.
